Brainee started from one annoyance: every planner wanted more work from me than it ever saved.
Task managers are good at holding lists. Not one of them knows that ninety minutes of thinking at nine in the morning and the same ninety minutes at four in the afternoon are two different tasks.
So Brainee does the part nobody wants to do by hand. You say a sentence, it works out what needs doing, how long it takes and where in your day it actually fits. Fixed commitments stay where they are — only what can move, moves.
It is built for the day you already have. No methodology to adopt, no workspace to configure, no board to drag things around on.
What it is built on
Time, not content
Brainee works with metadata about time — how long things take, when you finish them, how often you get interrupted. It does not need to read your work to plan your day.
Everything in the EU
Servers in the European Union, encrypted storage, export in one click. Your data is never sold on, to anyone.
A person reads your email
There is no call centre behind Brainee. Support is the person who wrote the app.
Who is behind it
Brainee is an independent product, not a venture-funded startup. It is built and run by one person, which is why it stays cheap to run and quick to change.
